Consider part of you does not understand anything it senses. In essence, you are never upset for reasons you assume. Tammy again: Well about 5 months ago I was only sleeping 4 hours a night due to blog addiction. Yck! I did go a little wild 2 or 3 nights ago and stayed up until 1:30 or so, and I just remmebered that last night I was awake for a couple hours because of a big storm. So I am sleepy now.
