Rosie, I’m so excited — soon you will have your own blog!!!! Whoo-hoo hoo,

Oh yes, Sister — such elevated plains of enlightenment for me with my dishes piled high and Tom’s letter still to be found. And did I brush my teeth in the past 2 days??? (I have flossed 6 times, tho!) And used mouthwash. And did have a bath a couple days ago (I think. ) I even used deodorant again once in the past few weeks. But I should be getting the stuff without aluminum in it.

Sister, Yay, I’m all over feeling bad about not leaving Self Disclosure. for you last summer. As we just joked about on the phone ” We will only feel guilt if we want to.” So frig off – guilt!!!

We may not be up next summer, sorry. We’ll see how it goes. We may take a trip somewhere here in the u.S instead. Jim ’s going to CA in June for a car show so we might-could extend it into a family trip. We’ll see.

As you know, Kelly fancies herself quite underprivileged to have so little travel under her belt at her already advanced age of 8.

Oh, yeah the Bible’s a great one indeed. I only wish I could reconcile in my own mind the teaching that Jesus is the only way to heaven with the broader scope of God, or indeed that we are all parts of God. What do you think?

This IS a great book, i thumbed through it last summer and I look forward to reading it someday. I’m so happy that you are moving upward into such higher plains of enlightenment, I like how you say that lifes little difficulties and interruptions are all oppourtunities for personal growth, I agree with that and I sometimes attribute those things to god’s special plan for each of us, you never know what path he’ll lead us to. Dont feel bad about not leaving it with me last summer, I’ll get a chance hopefully next year. For now I’m still working on my Bible , trying to glean from that whatever wisdom and light of truth it has to impart into my soulful being.

And how much better I feel to know I am not the only one who is challenged in understanding either. Whew! I love the idea of learning together. And yes — among friends for sure. FOR SURE!!

Ahh JOAQUIN!! You did it again. Cracked me up to no end. You hear me??? To NO end, I shall be snickering, sniggling and guffawing all night, even whilst I dream of what’s in the very bottom tupperware dish in my very bottom fridge basement. I think it’s probably whiskey, tho. Or socks.

i just want to say that i also think this is a brilliant way to write a review – a conversation is so much more interesting than a speech – i was smiling all the way through.

even though your review is fantastic, i don’t think i’ll be reading the book. i prefer my soul remain a dark and vague morass of things i can’t define – kind of doing its own thing – not unlike whatever is in the tupperware at the back of my fridge. could be anthrax, could be penicillin – i just feel better with the lid on.
