The best tip for savings kids’ artwork that I’ve heard is from an organizing show on TV, and that is to save the originals of the best ones, and scan or photograph the rest so that you “have” them, but don’t have to save the whole thing.

K!! Coffee table books — THAT sounds amazing!! When one of the teachers at Kelly’s school left last year they presented her with one such book, made from all digital photos. I bet it’s the same idea. Cool!!

Yes, as I delve deeper into online and Real Life (now seriously putting my nose to the olde songwriting grindstone for my next 12 tunes,)I feel that if I put up a photo once in a while with comments closed, none of us will die over it! I hope we all will survive, anyway! I have a more-or-less systematic way of getting over to enjoy reading your blogs (in the order that comments come in here) so occasionally closing comments frees up my heart, soul and mind to keep up with blogging in a very joyful way for me. I’ll see how it goes, anyway.

Hey BK!! I wonder if Kelly would even remember what she was painting, or even if in fact, she was meaning for things to be actual objects — or just having fun with the joy and beauty of color? It was over half her life ago!!
