Dearest Secret Agent Woman, and let us fling our glasses to the hearth, our forks in the ocean and our bras to the ceiling fans.
Dearest Ellis,
there once was a Kelly-sized Jannie
who now drives an automatic tranny,
but she learned to drive
on a standard, speeds five
tho now Jannie sits here on her fanny.
(It was only ONE beer — I SWEAR!!)
There once was a lovely young Daisy
who was neither lethargic nor lazy
she started to blog
Jannie drank egg nog
And now, for Daisy, Jannie is crazy.
There once was a guy over in Britan
with whom his partner he was smitten.
he came to my blog
and I slugged egg nog
and smiled at the words he had written!
HEY!!! I’m not baaaaad at this Limerick Schicht. (but that’s now how you really spell schtick.)

Joey P.S. It’s interesting to me you hear her acdent coming thr9ough in her singing. I like that about the Beatles and some other Brits, and Irish, their accents coming through in song. I hear my Canada-Speak now and then in song. And in Kelly’s spoken voice. Neat as all get-out!!

How will she react to this photos
and videos when she is 15?
Maybe she will still have the
zany Jannie genes abounding,
and she will think it’s cool to
have kept a record of her
childhood, so if she is not
too too embarrassed, she should
get a bang out of them.
We do see and here a lot
of Jannie in the moves and
inflections though. When will
she join the Funster band officially?

Hi Jannie and Kelly .. yea – good rendition .. and Kelly are you singing that in your Carol Service at school? Or are you and your friends putting on a show for Mum and Dad .. ? Fun times – Mum dear .. and now recorded for posterity, and for all the world to see .. and exactly as you say .. amazing child performer .. though methinks she might be discussing in a few years .. or some other chuck and throw sport .. hammer throwing looks good (c/o Wikipedia)?! or the caber – a pine tree thrust?!
Our BB is just but only just peeping out from behind the red star on the tv .. but golly gosh our BB is small .. and hidden – Hardwick looks good though ..
We could do with some carol singers over here .. please send her down the tube .. I’ll only keep her an hour or so .. BB Funster could accompany her .. and we still have some snow – but ours has an awful lot of rain coming down .. cheers and happy pre-festivity days .. Hilree xoxoxoxoxo

Dearest Caity — and maybe one day there will be a little YOU, singing like the highest heavenly angel you are!
Dearest Kimberly, it is awesome how we get opportunties like grand-daughters and such. Funny, but I picture me with 4 grandsons.
Dearest Patricia, how is dearest little Zip. You have much carpet in your house? I hope not!!
I can only take credit here for filming and uploading. The Child had complete creative control. So gla dyou enjoyed!!
OOOOooo, Dearest Paige Von Lieber, do you have a candy cane over there for me? Some eggnog? A cup of licorice tea?? Thank you for whatever it is. BB is out hanging lights in our wine-drinking tree.
Dearest Alice Audrey, I do thank thee so much. I think I have maybe 30 seconds of video of me as a childtaken by my aunt when I was maybe 6. I bet I look just like Kelly in it.
Dearest Laura — hi! I am not sure if listening to me has helped her. My tone is much better these past 2 years, so maybe it has rubbed off. But something tells me she is her own little singer. She listened to a lot of Amamda Cosgrove and taylor swift this past summer, good voices to emulate.
Dearest Hilary, her school has been over now since Thursday. For her class performance she played Ooga-Booga-Boogie on piano, and did some gymnastics. She asked me to tape her for her talent audition. Wants to be an actress, yes. Caber tossing, lol. Or maybe guitar toss and smash a la “The Who” guy. Child heading with BB and karrit kake down the tube in … 3…. 2….1…. Blast-off!

Dearest My Tess, well, I think her spirit rises on its own, and always has. Funny, she and I were going through her baby pix just half an hour ago, and I was marveling at how independant she’s always been. Yes, life IS grande and I am so thankful you are in it!
Dearest Hilary, thanks for the fruit cake and plum sauce you made and sent in BB’s rucksack. That will be a grande delight on Christmas Day. And hey, have you seen 3 ships coming in this, or any morning lately? If so, please give them and the sea my love. And extra love to you, your mother, Hardwick and your computer who doth connect us.

Hi Jannie .. you’re lucky BB got some in his rucksack .. mostly cake, currants, nuts etc are going to the birds at the moment!! Mincemeat to spread on the bread .. before being cut -up .. might melt it and turn bread bits round in it!!
No – thick freezing fog now .. but I see the sea every day as I go over the top to the Home – so I’ll keep an eye out .. three ships a-sailing by …
Thank you – Hardwick appreciates all the extra cuddles and love at the moment .. as will Mum .. not sure if she realised Hardwick is yet again featured in the Christmas pic – per the latest post .. enjoy the thought of plum sauce .. great connections … happy days ahead .. Hilree xoxoxox

My Dearest Hilary — now comes Jannie from the mist of familial fun and frolic. Just scanned 7 pix here at the library for a post that will go up soon. Need to do some cropping and a wee bit of photoshopping on ‘em first. Hilary, you are “for the birds” and they are blessed to have you! Thick freezing fog — how lovely! The sea is a wonder in all her many modes, and always beautiful. I adressed a card envelope to someone in E. Sussex! The mailing thereof must come next.
I bet your latest post is awesome!! I’m sure I’ll have the priviledge of reading it in the next day or so! Yes, some loves hard sauce — I likes me the plum, with rum!!
xoxoox to all.
Dearest Moon — with a load of Motown in her soul! Also a touch rap, opera and Miranda Cosgrove pop.
Thanks for sharing YOU with us!! I’ll be posting soon! (in the next day or so.) (I hope.) (I think!) Been having lovely time with Kelly with her off school. She is a Pictionary champ! I have no tbeen reading blogs the past few days. Miss you guys! Love ya too!! Oh, and I’m working on music of course — plan is to sing 3 vocals, lay 1 guitar track (which may or not be “up to speed” but at least I’ll have put in a good effort practicing) and maybe a new “guide” for the updated “Sail A Child.” back in the studio a little after Christmas!
Dearest G-Man. Okay! Ovaltine?? My mind has to leap at that. Miss Kelly Funster seems like and old soul?
Do YOU need Ovaltine? Do you buy it? Drink regularly? WHAT??
THAT would be impossible. Does it taste good with beer?
Thank you for dropping by. I’ve been working on a little photoshop that includes you, Shay and Mama Z, but not quite sure when or what post that will appear in. Let’s just say — the dukes will be up.
Dearest Aimee — hi! Thanks — and a Merry Christmas to you and yours too! I hope it is an extra sweet and awesome one!!

Hi Jannie .. what are cards? let alone Christmas cards? I’ve done a batch; then got stopped – perhaps by a snow plough, or perhaps because my glasses got frozen over a week later in the fog .. I dunno .. or my brain got fried before I thought of Christmas. Wonderful .. letter from over there – being sent by an aerio plane that surely will land safely in the ice .. Mine is to follow .. when??!! Who knows – but Hardwick features fine in ‘her’ latest post .. and sends his love across the airwaves, and your eye features in Washington & his teeth! Zany I know…
The fun of the Christmas fare is rather delicious .. full works the best .. not long to go .. and another year drawing to a close .. yea .. 2011 must be good .. exceptional for the singing Queen .. and for Blogging Positive .. and we now have another Royal wedding to enjoy this coming year .. if you like pageantry & I sure do!!
See you soon .. here there or everywhere .. lots of Christmas fun & yes ‘dem birdies are getting lots of fodder – a right mix .. shop ran out of peanuts though .. I went and bought some mixed nuts and raisons .. nuts out for the birds – I must be mad?!
Cheers Hilree xoxox
