Happy anniversary, Jannie and Jim, and may you have many more. I hope there was a song for you on that festive piano played by a cutie.
You can just hear the wheels turning in your cat’s head.
I enjoyed reading your to do list. I’m thinking 78704 is your zip code in Austin? I’ll bet that will be a fun song.

Dearest Lynn, thanks so much!! Mieshka is actually getting along quite well with Timmy & Angel, not trying to eat them as much as at first — maybe even becoming friends. The “78704″ song is shaing itself from the songmist quite well since yesterday morning. We’re a little further out than 78704, but I’d love to live there, right in the heart of Austin by the hike and bike trail.
Dearest G. I KNOW!!!! TWENTY. Holy triple-double cow.
It’s almost a little scary, but I’ll try to get used to it.
LANCE, Dearest!! Thank you so much you equally dear and awesome soul. Yep, cool piano, eh? One of the 15 around The Trail last spring. And that’s at my favorite point on The Trail — Lou Neff Point. JANNIE’s point.
Dearest Pat, see above response to Lynn. Mieshka’s amking progress as accepting the feathered friends as non-dinner items.
Ahhhh, Dearest Dr. J. Jannie misses you too so much! Jim’s brother has been here visiting with us, but he flies back this morning, so I’m back to computering, whooohooooo. And see YOU soon, I promise!!!
Dearest Daisy, I’ve been thinking about exercising a lot. I did dance with Kelly yesterday. And am sucking in my gut now. How’s your program going? I bet you and your friends are sticking with it fine, and having lots of fun.
whoooohooooooo.

Thank You, Dearest My Linda. Got the sweater out. It’s really just a stain on one area. Gotta try Mom again, the line was busy. And the rest of the list… hmmn, what’s on it again?
Thank you for your lovely wishes today. Always so great to see you. Hope you and yours are well. And have fun with your list!!!
Life’s as fun as we let it be, eh??
xooxoxoxo
now to that line in Love Will Be The Answer that I’m thinking could go…
“In the music of the leaves up laughing in the trees feel the breath of spring.
In the chorus of the mountain forest hear the childrens’ voices sing.”
maybe… we’ll see how all the lines shape up and fit together like a Rubik’s Cube.

Dearest Aimee, so Dr… your assessment of me? Are you picking up my terminal optimistim with streaks of delusional joy, and an undercurrent of universal happiness? All with a twist of well-honed inquisitory wonderment?
And happy with my 78704 so far today. “Who needs heaven when you’re in 78704?”
Dearest Mama Zen! Thanks SO much!! Been thinking of you up there in heaven, I mean Oklahoma.
Dearest Suzen, 31 years. Ahhh, but you are just a young gal in my eyes, and alway will be. And what matters most is in your own eyes. But obviously you are but a young gal in all ways. And always will be. i LOVE Steven Tyler. Love how he sings his existence, as I do sometimes. And sure you do too!! Or painting it. Have you been painting your exostence of late?? You should, as I know you got the talent.

Hey Dearest Vered — you’ll be there before you know it. Kind of a dizzying height tho. Will take a bit of getting used to, like every new birthday now.
Yes, Darest LLCoolJoe!! I remember your recent post about…. 22 years, is it? Ahhh, thank you my dear. I want at least 20 more with My One True Dear Love. The one who, to quote Awesome Ayala from one of her recent poems….. “drives me insane, yet keeps me sane.”
Hey, Brian — speaking of AWSOME, there you are — “beating” me to a blog visit again. I SWEAR you are about on top of my list to visit next! Yes, I wonder where that piano ended up? I’m so happy we got one of them donated to us. And apparently there’s a wicked-good video of Marcia ball playing Kelly’s piano on the trail where it was stationed.

What a truly amazing idea you have to buy Jimbos gift for yourself, I’m defiantly steeling this brain wave from you
I don’t know how a iceberg could possible be fresh water, but the guy with the boat from Nova Scotia said it was, so it must be true :/ also it looked blue, strange, but it must have been because the sea water is green-ish LOL
Because the titanic sank 600 miles away out to sea, do you think the bodies just drifted to shore or were they found floating??? I’m not sure now if I want to know, but I would have tried to find a friendly whale to give me a lift ashore
I washed my hair & didn’t blow dry it :/ now I have a afro ~ cool don’t you think?
What to have for dinner mmmmmmmmmmmmmm I’m not sure, but what ever it is it will be taste-tastic because I’ve made it

Dearest Snaggle, very bold lady. And I am lucky to have you in my life, for sure. Mieshka does like to watch.
And… Art Alliance Austin put 15 or I think 16? pianos on The Trail spring of 2011. Kelly ended up with one! Yep, she is doing awesome at piano!
(((((((((
JO!!!
))))))))) I did buy him a notepad. And Kelly got him a scented candle. Just a second — let me interrupt this comment to go see the aroma… It is Green Apple Fragrance from The Soy Candle Collection of Empire Home Green. Wow, all natural ingredients! Think I’ll give it its inaugural lighting this evening. And maybe put up one of those shelves from the cute little kit he gave me years ago. Put the candle on it. And take a picture of it by the light of the lemonade moon.
Maybe all the salt drains to the bottom of the molecules. Or the Martian fairies whisk it off and away back to Mars, and onward to a Constantinople on some parallel universe planet. But enough of that!!
Um, … Oh — if a Nova Scotian said it — it must be true!!
Dead bodies — not a fan of pondering upon them.
But — the Titanic sucked. As did the recent cruise ship disaster in Italy. Seriously? A Fro?? Just like my bunny in the Recent Comments queue. But I think I’ll cchanage him soon to something brand brand new! Like a sombrero. Viking hat. Or what other hat do you think? I’ve already done the cowboy hat.
Salmon for dinner here. Lemon, butter, Jannie’s Secret Herbs. With green salad on the side. I walked 3 miles with Kalyani today! Around Town Lake. I did get my eye cream which is the only cream I can put on my face these days without it getting a rash — nature’s way of saying “Go Natural, Jannie.” I will wash my hair soon in Baby shampoo and maybe throw in a bit of fresh rosemary and eau de pansy. The flower, pansy. Love you, (((((((((
JO!! :0 )))))))))
Ed! I was thinking of you just yesterday, particularly of the cool under the stair closet haven with it’s artwork I almost chose over the hummingbird feeder I did. Always an honor when you comment, thanks.

Hi Jannie .. Happy Anniversary .. what a long list – I’d have been tired just writing it out … great picture from 20 years ago .. many congratulations and many more ahead.
Now what I want to know is … where is the piano – is that the one you found and managed to get home? It’s beautifully painted and what a magnificent setting ..
Talking about fresh water – did you know that the Amazon swishes its water far out into the Pacific Ocean .. providing fresh water should you ever get stranded there?!
Have a lovely weekend – bet the earrings will be beautiful and hope you show us -well you will .. enjoy yourselves .. big hugs xoxoxoxo Hilree

Good morning, lovely peeps! And a fine morning it is, back to nice chilly temps after 83 F yesterday.
AYALA, Dearest! Thanks so much. At least 20 more would be nice! But I have a feeling we’ll make it to 50, when Jim’s 100 and I 78!!
PATRICIA, my Dear Love Magnifyer. I’m aiming for at least 30 more!!
RAVENBLACK! Thank you, Dearest lady. I appreciate it!
DEAREST HILARY! Got quite a bit done on my list. Deciding that purchasing a few more long perches for the bottom of their cage will help them get more use out of the real estate they freely roam, and be a lot less work that a waterfall grotto. Actually, I gave them a new smaller water cup today, placed higer in the cage than the older larger one and they dipped in to bathe in that. (Would not use the little bath tub I gave them.) So that’s good. Angel splashsed about and had a grand old time. So, I’ll add the old water cup back in for drinking. I’m not sure who got that piano. Kelly’s is here in this post….. http://www.janniefunster.com/2011/05/28/10-potential-new-jannie-song-titles/ And great to know about the Amazon! Thanks. Very hapy today — Song #12 is coming together out of the snippets of melody and thought “Open Up The Eyes In Your Heart.” “78704″ form all done. So, of 16 finished, I’ve decided now on the 12. Jannie likes a nice even dozen! Thinking the earring shopping will be tomorrow after her piano lesson. have a most beautiful day, Dear Lady.
