we return to
The Yoga Pyramid
Easter Sunday

when Texan frogs
are about to light
jasmine candles

and

Australian frogs
are doing morning
sit-ups in bed.

some of us
have never
met, yet

we have all
known each
other since
God Googled

“how to build
beings who know
love is always
the way to go.”

Wow. I almost missed your photos. I was heading to comments and fortunately saw them. It looks like a good time was had by all at The Pyramid.

Your 55 really touched me, especially the last stanzas. I love the part about what God Googled. I made me smile and tear up at the same time:~)

Love sure is the way to go but I’m not sure I fancy doing yoga in a pyramid that much! 😀 The place looks beautiful though!

Dearest Daisy, Kalyani has put her lovely touch around a man’s pad, and it’s a beautiful place! Of course, God put his touch on the scenery and such. Hey — that rhymes. :)

Dearest Mama Zen, Keeper of the Gekkos, thank you!! And it’s so cool you are hosting the 55. Thanks for doing that.

Dearest Sara, glad you saw the photos!! I tweaked a few words of this here and there since posting, not sure if you read about evening candles or if they were again jasmine. Ooo, making even just ONE person smile and tear up simultaneously just once makes me feel my poetry mission on this planet is complete!!! :)

Dearest Audrey — there is to be a 24-hour Om-ing there sometime soon, I heard. I might bring a tent to camp out, and when I’m not Om-ing I’ll be drinking and / or dancing with others on the back deck of the house. :) Around and in The Pyramid quiet is encouraged. except for rituals, of course.

Dearest Brian, maybe you will visit one day!! And I guess we teach love by living love, huh? Jesus said it real good “Love thy neighbor.” Works for me!!

Dearest Fireblossom, before we went down to the Pyramid I heard frogs somewhere in the direction of the chicken coop / koi pond. Hope those Texan frogs don’t each the chickens. :)

Dearest Snaggle. I wonder if God also Googles pastry recipes!! :) And does he bake them himself? And try his hand at new chef-ery? :) And hope your neck and sinus headache have lifted?! Sending healing good vibes your way!!

Dearest LL Cool Joey, I have not done an actual class there, but I hope to soon. Get me some nice stretchy pants and work my mind and muscles. And never eat beans before going in there, as it’s supposed to be a very quiet sanctuary!! :) :) Okay, that was waaaay TMI. :)

Dearest Talon, Love you too, Beautiful Kimmie!!!!! And I hope that little pressie I bought for Snaggle will soon show up around here again, so I can finally get your parcels mailed off, want you all to receive them around the same time. Have to mail to Canada first, obviously.

    LUNCH!!

    BATH!!!

And what shirt am I gonna wear??????!!!

Hey, Bo-Binnie. I was definitely the strangest one. :) Ricardo had asked me to take photos, and while everyone else was praying I crept from corner to corner to get some shots. I really like that first pic, tho! I DO tell ya, that I sure have had a lot of FUN and laughed a lot with friends this past 24 hours, and now I am sitting here with guitar in lap while typing this, and thinking how very very awesome YOU really are!! And I hope you are having bunches of fun and laughing with your friends too!

I have a backpackers guitar. I got it years ago. Since then, Martin bought the design and sell it under their name. I bought it over the phone from some guy in New York that made them He told me I could get an acoustic, 12 string or classical. He said he would demo them for me, and I thought, you could play anything over the phone! He was a good guy, however and I love mine. The box is small so the sound is not big, but that isn’t why I got it. :-)

Wow, Dr. J, sounds like you’ve got an historic instrument! My friend has a Baby Martin, which actually has a pretty big sound on it. I had a Baby Taylor carrying case for a while. :) Had Kelly’s little guitar in it. Mom’s got a dreadnaught, which this summer will make me miss the feel of my own guitar with its 2 rounded bouts. Wish I had me one of those foldable ones I saw on Shark Tank. It’d have to sound good, tho. Maybe I’ll buy it over the phone! :)

Dearest Wine-Enjoyer Linda, :) did a little more chilling this weekend, but not at the Pyramid place. At the home place with friends. Some down by the lake. Yes, Texas frogs have a magic spell cast over them which they in turn cast over any and all who hear them singing.

Thank you Dear Ayala, who I also see to sweetly on FaceBook looking at my pix. I will be on FB later today (such is the plan) to post some weekend pix. And if not today, tomorrow.

And now I shall drink my coffee, ship those 5 ebay items and do other fun stuff.

The back porch looks like a place where you could add in some additional fencing and get a baseball diamond cage, or add some canvas and make it into a gazebo and sip mint juleps — what I’m trying to say is that it’s fertile with possibility. Great photos!
